Subscription policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the current season has shipped. All shipments go out by Canada Post stamped mail, with no tracking number. Delivery takes 2 to 13 business days depending on your region.

Between two sizes? Go with the smaller one. Our SecondSkin fabric is extremely stretchy, and a size that's too big will tend to shift.

Waist and hip measurements by style
Body measurements, not garment measurements. The same letter corresponds to a different measurement depending on the cut, because the elastic sits higher (high-waisted) or lower (standard cut). If you normally wear a M, you can keep wearing a M, whatever the style.

Frequently asked questions
Are your sizes standard?
Yes, our sizes are generally standard. However, if you're between two sizes, choose the smaller one: our SecondSkin fabric is extremely stretchy.
What about the dreaded muffin top?
It won't happen with our underwear. The fabric is stretchy enough to hug your body without squeezing it. On the other hand, a size too big will shift and you might not be happy with it, and that's the last thing we want.
What if the size isn't right once it arrives?
You have 30 days to exchange an unworn, unwashed item, and we ship the new size back to you with no shipping charge. Full details are on our Returns, Exchanges & Warranty page.
Why does the same letter give different measurements by style?
Because the elastic doesn't sit in the same place on the body: higher for a high-waisted cut, lower for a standard cut. The measured circumference changes, but your LICA size doesn't.
