Seamless Underwear Subscription Policy
The seamless underwear subscription policy allows you to automatically receive your favorite seamless underwear at your chosen frequency. This policy details how it works, shipping conditions, payment management, and cancellation terms.
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe, your order automatically renews at the selected frequency:

Monthly subscription: 2 pairs of underwear per delivery, shipped once a month

Seasonal subscription: 5 pairs of underwear per delivery every 3 months from your first subscription
Each renewal automatically bills the registered payment method until you pause or cancel your subscription.
2. Subscription Content
Each shipment contains the quantity of underwear specified by your subscription.
Styles are selected by LICA to offer a nice assortment. If you prefer to receive only certain styles (Thong, Brazilian, High-waisted Thong, or Bikini Brief), you can indicate this in the “Order Notes.” We will respect your preferences subject to available stock.
3. Delivery
Delivery is free for all subscriptions, anywhere in Canada.
Shipments are made via Canada Post stamp, without a tracking number. Delivery time is generally 2 to 10 business days depending on your region.
LICA Wear is not responsible for delays, losses, or extended delivery times caused by Canada Post, as shipments do not have tracking numbers.
4. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time from your customer portal. From this space, you can:

change the size received

pause your subscription

skip a month (monthly subscription)

update your address or payment method

cancel before the next billing

No password is required. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to you by email to log in.
5. Payment Failure
If a payment cannot be processed (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), multiple attempts will be made automatically.
In case of repeated failure, your subscription may be suspended until the payment method is updated.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing.
Any period already started, paid, or shipped is non-refundable.
To avoid additional billing, please cancel before the renewal date indicated in your portal.
7. Refunds
Monthly and seasonal subscriptions are non-refundable once a cycle has begun or a shipment is in preparation.
Completed shipments cannot be refunded.

8. Price and Terms Modification
LICA Wear may adjust prices, frequencies, or subscription terms. In case of modification, a notice will be sent by email before the next billing.
Continuing the subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Policy Update
LICA Wear reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
