LICA Wear Subscription Policy
LICA subscriptions allow you to automatically receive your favorite panties according to your chosen frequency. This policy details how it works, shipping conditions, payment processing, and cancellation procedures.
1. How subscriptions work
When you subscribe, your order will automatically renew according to the selected frequency:

Monthly subscription: one shipment at the beginning of each month.

Seasonal subscription: one expedition on the following fixed dates: March 8, June 8, September 8 and December 8.
Each renewal results in automatic billing to the registered payment method until you pause or cancel your subscription.
2. Subscription Content
Each shipment contains the quantity of panties specified in your subscription.
LICA selects the styles to offer a beautiful assortment. If you would prefer to receive only certain styles (Tanga, Brazilian, High-waisted Tanga, or Bikini Bottom), you can indicate this in the "Order Notes." We will respect your preferences subject to stock availability.
3. Delivery
Free delivery is included for all subscriptions, anywhere in Canada.
Shipments are made via Canada Post, without tracking. Delivery time is generally 2 to 10 business days depending on your region.
LICA is not responsible for delays, losses or prolonged delays caused by Canada Post, as shipments do not have a tracking number.
4. Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time from your customer portal. From there, you can:

change the size received

put your subscription on pause

Ignore one month (monthly subscription)

update your address or payment method

cancel before the next billing

No password is required. A 6-digit verification code will be emailed to you to log in.
5. Payment failure
If a payment cannot be processed (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), several attempts will be made automatically.
In case of repeated failure, your subscription may be suspended until the payment method is updated.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
Any period already started, paid for or shipped is non-refundable.
To avoid additional charges, please cancel before the renewal date shown in your portal.
7. Refunds
Monthly and seasonal subscriptions are non-refundable once a cycle has started or a shipment is being prepared.
Shipments made cannot be refunded.

8. Changes to prices and conditions
LICA may adjust prices, frequencies, or subscription terms. In the event of a change, a notification will be sent by email before the next billing cycle.
Continuing the subscription after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
9. Updating this policy
LICA reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
