Wrong size? A defect? Here's how we take care of it, simply and hassle-free.
All items purchased during a sale period (Black Friday, Boxing Day, clearance, promotions) are final sale. No exchanges or refunds are accepted on these items. The 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects still applies as usual.
Exchanging for another size, style or colour? We ship the new item back to you with no shipping charge. You never pay for shipping twice.
You have 10 days after your request to send the item back to us. The refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receipt, and a confirmation is sent to you by email.
The refund covers the item price and applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return brings the order below the free-shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fee may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Our panties are guaranteed for 6 months from the delivery date against any manufacturing defect, provided the have been followed. If a defect appears, we replace the item at no charge.

All orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our office. Delivery takes about 1 to 3 business days, depending on the region.
Make sure your shipping address is complete. In case of error, shipping fees may be withheld.
Delivery times may be longer during Canada Post peak periods (Black Friday, Boxing Day, the holidays), strikes or exceptional situations. These delays are beyond our control.
If your package seems to be lost, email us at catherine@licawear.ca and we'll follow up with you.
If a package is reported as not received despite proof of delivery confirmed by the carrier, a reshipment may be offered as a courtesy, at our discretion. This gesture is offered once per customer. Any package reshipped this way becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, including the original and reshipment shipping fees.
Some items are offered on pre-order: they are not yet in stock at the time of purchase, but will be soon. The estimated shipping date is always shown on the product page.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together in a single shipment once all items are available. This reduces our environmental footprint. You receive a confirmation email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
