LICA Subscription Policy – Terms and Management

Seamless Underwear Subscription Policy

Our seamless underwear subscription lets you automatically receive your favorite seamless underwear at the frequency you choose. This policy explains how it works, shipping conditions, payment management and cancellation terms.

1. How Subscriptions Work

When you subscribe, your order renews automatically at the frequency you selected:

Monthly subscription: 2 pairs per delivery, shipped once a month
Seasonal subscription: 5 pairs per delivery, every 3 months from your first subscription

Each renewal is automatically billed to your saved payment method until you pause or cancel your subscription.

2. What's in Your Subscription

Each shipment contains the number of pairs included in your subscription.
Styles are selected by LICA to give you a nice assortment. If you'd rather receive only certain styles (Thong, Brazilian, High-Waisted Thong or Bikini Brief), just let us know in the "Order notes." We'll honor your preferences based on available stock.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free for all subscriptions, anywhere in Canada.

Orders are sent by Canada Post stamped mail, without a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 2 to 10 business days depending on your region.

LICA Wear is not responsible for delays, losses or extended delivery times caused by Canada Post, since shipments have no tracking number.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time from your customer portal. From there, you can:

change the size you receive
pause your subscription
skip a month (monthly subscription)
update your address or payment method
cancel before your next billing date

No password needed. A 6-digit verification code will be emailed to you so you can log in.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment can't be processed (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), several attempts will be made automatically.
If payment keeps failing, your subscription may be suspended until your payment method is updated.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Any period already started, paid or shipped is non-refundable.
To avoid being billed again, please cancel before the renewal date shown in your portal.

7. Refunds

Monthly and seasonal subscriptions are non-refundable once a cycle has started or a shipment is being prepared.
Shipped orders cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are accepted only for defective products. For any request, contact us at catherine@licawear.ca

8. Changes to Prices and Terms

LICA Wear may adjust subscription prices, frequencies or terms. If anything changes, you'll receive an email notice before your next billing date.
Continuing your subscription after this notice means you accept the new terms.

9. Updates to This Policy

LICA Wear reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.

L’entrepreneure Catherine Coreau a fondé LICA Wear en 2022, sa deuxième entreprise, avec une vision claire : offrir des sous-vêtements inclusifs qui allient simplicité, confort et élégance. Maman de deux jeunes garçons, elle s’inspire de son quotidien pour concilier travail, famille et engagement envers des causes qui lui tiennent à cœur, comme la Fondation CHU Sainte-Justine.

Catherine aspire à répondre aux besoins d’un large éventail de femmes, tant par ses créations que par ses pratiques d’emploi. Passionnée par les relations humaines, elle met un point d’honneur à offrir un service à la clientèle chaleureux et personnalisé.
