Nos culottes sans couture sont fièrement conçues dans la région de Montréal, au Québec. Le design, le choix des matières et le développement des produits sont réalisés localement, avant d'être fabriqués dans une manufacture certifiée BSCI et GRS à l'étranger.

Absolutely. We work with a manufacturer that strictly adheres to BSCI (ethical working conditions) and GRS (recycled materials) certification standards.

As for OEKO-TEX®️, although they do not yet officially have the label, their quality control follows equivalent strict internal standards, notably prohibiting substances harmful to the skin and the environment.

Our underwear is designed here in Quebec, but manufactured overseas, in a BSCI and OEKO-TEX®️ certified factory. This choice is motivated by a simple reality: it is currently impossible to produce technical and seamless underwear in Canada, because no local infrastructure allows it.

That said, we remain deeply attached to local know-how.

This is why:

• Our satin scrunchies and underwear travel kit are handmade right here in Quebec, by our precious seamstress in Granby.
  
• Our wash bags are manufactured abroad, to the same standards of quality and ethics.
  

At LICA Wear, every decision is made with care, combining local design, respect for the people who make our products, and a commitment to quality.

Our panties are heat-bonded: they have no seams, which makes them invisible, but the bonded areas are sensitive to heat and certain products. To keep them looking great longer:

• Wash them in cold water, delicate cycle, in a laundry bag
• Avoid the dryer, hot water and the iron
• Dry them flat or hanging, away from direct sunlight
• Avoid fabric softener, bleach and harsh detergents
• Let your creams, oils or self-tanner fully absorb before putting on your LICA
• Wash them separately from jeans and clothes with zippers or Velcro
• Rotate between several LICA to space out washes

No. All items purchased during a sale period (Black Friday, Boxing Day, clearance, promotions) are final sale: no exchanges or refunds. The 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects still applies as usual.

Email us at catherine@licawear.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We review your request within 48 business hours and send you a replacement at no charge if it is approved.

Yes. Our panties are guaranteed for 6 months from delivery against any manufacturing defect, provided the care instructions provided have been followed: cold-water wash, no dryer, no fabric softener or bleach. Normal wear and snags caused by zippers or Velcro are not covered.
