Answer: No. We pride ourselves on designing underwear that stays put all day long. Our styles feature a wider crotch design to prevent slipping or rolling, providing optimal comfort. Plus, the stretchy, form-fitting fabric contours to the curves of your body while staying comfortably in place.

Question: Are you going to release other models and other colors soon?

Answer: Absolutely! Despite some delays, we look forward to launching several new collections in 2024. These collections will include Brazilian briefs in different colors, seamless bralettes and new tanga colors to meet your style needs and preferences.

Materials and manufacturing:

Question: What materials are used to make your underwear and where are they made?

Answer: Our underwear is made from carefully selected high-quality materials to provide a comfortable and durable wearing experience. The main fabric is made of nylon and spandex. We use a high percentage of elastane to guarantee optimal elasticity and long-term resistance of our products. In addition, the gusset, which is the part of fabric located at the bottom of the panties, is made entirely of cotton to ensure optimal hygiene and breathability.

Most of our products are manufactured overseas, mainly in China. This decision is motivated by the fact that our type of products are not yet produced in Canada. Additionally, China is renowned for offering exceptional manufacturing quality while respecting our specific fabric composition, allowing us to offer you high quality products at affordable prices. We are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity throughout the manufacturing process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Underwear Care:

Question: Can we machine wash the underwear?

Answer: Yes, our underwear is machine washable. We recommend washing them on a delicate cycle, in cold water, with a mild soap. To ensure their durability, it is best to wash them separately from other items and use a lingerie wash bag.

Drying underwear:

Question: Can we machine dry underwear?

Answer: We recommend that you do not use heat to dry our underwear. Heat can damage the fiber of the fabric and deteriorate the heat-sealed seams. It is best to air dry them to preserve their long-term quality and elasticity.

Delivery :

Question: What are your delivery times?

Answer: We understand the importance of receiving your orders quickly. Our delivery times vary depending on the destination: 2 to 7 business days for Canada, 4 to 8 business days for the United States, and 6 to 10 business days for international destinations. All orders ship within 24 business hours with a tracking number so you can track your package in real time.

Return and exchange policy:
